PREPARED MEALS

The Menu below lists Convenient Chef’s large prepared meals, which will feed one person with a healthy appetite or two people with smaller appetites. Smaller, individual size meals are also available – see the ‘Meal Plans’ section.

  • Prices for Meat & Seafood meals range from $14 – $20 each and Vegetarian / Vegan meals range from $12 – $16.
  • Soups are crafted and sold fresh and frozen in 1 Litre containers @ $12 each and 1/2 Litre containers @ $6 each.
  • Savoury pies are crafted and sold frozen @ $10 each.
  • G.S.T. is not applicable to our frozen prepared meals.

  • The food on this menu is cooked using quality ingredients and flash frozen in sealed recyclable containers for re-heating in the home. Re-heating instructions are provided on the label.
  • Meals can be picked up from the kitchen in Townsite during business hours, which are Monday through Friday 10 – 5 and Saturdays 12 – 5. Customers can call ahead to place an order, or simply drop into the kitchen and make their selection.
