Another from scratch favourite. we make this with love, according to Chef Steve’s secret recipe. We simmer these loaves in a combination of house made meat stocks, and thicken it the old fashioned way with flour and butter to make gravy. Every loaf is also coated with our special ketchup glaze. Served with potato and mixed vegetables.
