2 x 5oz , from scratch beef and pork patties, hand pressed and grilled. They’re simply seasoned with  townsite berms and bridges ale, salt, pepper, panko and parsley, We finish these patties in the oven so we can collect the Salisbury nectar which is then added to enrich our house made meat gravy, and poured over mash potato and mixed daily veg.
